Description

The selected candidate will provide onsite programmatic, logistical, and communications support to a defense research and development office, including administrative coordination, program management and progress tracking, and document creation and coordination. Plan, organize, and lead tasks in a fast-paced environment while ensuring the quality of deliverables to maintain and expand client relationships. Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations. Develop, edit, and coordinate delivery of presentations and program documents, including slides and electronic media using, at a minimum, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Project, Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Acrobat. Coordinate with stakeholders while providing bi-weekly updates to the client regarding upcoming presentations and meetings, supporting office events, and other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience with communications, coordination, and logistics
* Experience with analyzing, interpreting, and translating technical ideas and issues into easily understood, clear, and concise statements
* Knowledge of DARPA internal policies and procedures, including BAA preparation and evaluation tools, and acquisition processes and procedures
* An active TS/SCI clearance is required
* BA degree in English, Economics, Finance, or Business
Additional Qualifications:
* Experience with providing analysis and support to defense research and development programs
* Experience with editing and communications
* Experience with supporting government executives in a fast-paced environment
* Experience with coordinating and executing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Experience in management preferred
* Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes and procedures
* Ability to exhibit flexibility, adaptability, and a team orientation
* Possession of excellent client service skills
* Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
